Business Customers:

• Defective products can be replaced if reported within 3 days.

• Contact us before returning any items; refunds go to the original payment method.

Consumer Customers:

• Goods that do not match the description, are faulty, or damaged in transit must be reported within 3 days.

• Returns for unused products within 14 days of delivery are accepted; refunds include standard postage.

• Use the Cancellation Form to cancel orders within the statutory period.

Refund amounts may be adjusted for:

• Use or enjoyment of goods, perishable items, opened packaging, or applied discounts.

8. USE OF COMMUNICATION FACILITIES

• All content submitted must be lawful, respectful, and in English.

• No spam, impersonation, or offensive content.

• By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it.
